In October 2014, more than 70 Angel investors attended the Vancouver Angel Forum, which saw presentations by 18 different companies selected from 53 applicants. Ethelo was retained by a group of investors to assist in evaluating the companies according to five criteria. Twenty investors collaborated using Ethelo, and successfully predicted 4 of the 5 companies selected for awards by the Investor Award judges. Ethelo was one of those winning companies.
